I appreciated your article and i agree. Violence begets only more violence, and even if stopping the escalation on the Israeli side will bring political unpopularity, civil protests and maybe even a nationwide sense of injured pride, nothing short of a permanent (non violent) defence or ceasefire will bring positive results. The hardest choices in life is, to my experience, often the most correct or rewarding ones.
